In March 2021, the on-site acceptance of subject 4 "low-cost manufacturing and industrialization of 10,000-ton long-acting and long-life agricultural shed film" led by Shandong Agricultural University and jointly undertaken by Shandong Xintianhe Plastic Co., Ltd. was launched in Shandong Xintianhe. The subject is a national key research and development plan of the "13th Five-Year Plan", and the project team organized five experts to conduct on-site evaluation and acceptance.

The expert group listened to the report on the completion of the project by Shandong Xintianhe, the undertaking unit of the project research and development task, inspected the 10,000-ton production line and related series of products, conducted production capacity tests, randomly checked the product performance test reports, and consulted relevant materials. Unanimously agreed Pass the subject task test acceptance. The five-layer co-extrusion process helps to realize the long-term and long-life function of the multi-layer co-extruded shed film, provides a new solution for the problems of relatively single variety and function, short functional period and high price of shed film in my country, and provides a new solution for the development of modern agriculture in my country. And the progress of agricultural film industry provides technical support.
